CONCORD, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jopari Solutions, a provider of electronic billing and payment solutions, today announced a partnership with Zelis®, a provider of healthcare technology solutions, to help payers modernize medical provider payments across property and casualty (P&C) insurers.

Through the partnership, Jopari is integrating ZAPP Edge℠, Zelis’ provider payments solution that unifies payments, remittance data and insights in one platform. Together, Jopari and Zelis will help payers accelerate ACH payments to medical providers, reduce reliance on paper and manual processes, and improve visibility across reimbursement workflows.

The partnership is highly relevant for healthcare payers across multiple segments, in particular Property & Casualty, where medical provider reimbursement workflows have often remained complex given the regulatory landscape, and fragmented across disconnected systems, manual processes, and paper-based payments. By combining Jopari’s platform with Zelis’ payment capabilities, the companies are helping payers to streamline payment delivery, improve administrative efficiency, and create a more transparent and consistent payment experience for the providers they reimburse.

As part of Jopari’s platform — the industry’s only unified bill submission and payment platform supporting end-to-end transaction processing — the partnership supports more seamless workflows from bill submission through payment and reconciliation. Customers benefit from reduced administrative burden, better visibility into payment activity, and a more efficient path to digital payment adoption.

“Jopari’s role is to simplify and modernize how payments move throughout the healthcare and insurance ecosystem,” said John Gilmartin, President of Jopari Solutions. “By combining Jopari’s platform with Zelis’ provider payment capabilities, we are helping customers reduce manual processes, improve payment delivery, and accelerate the transition to digital payments.”

“Our partnership with Jopari continues the expansion of ZAPP Edge and enables providers in our network to seamlessly receive payments, data, and insights from Jopari’s payers in a single, streamlined experience,” said Yusuf Qasim, President of Payments Optimization at Zelis. “Together, we’re setting a new standard for efficiency and connectivity in healthcare payments across the ecosystem.”

This partnership strengthens Jopari’s ability to help payers reduce friction, increase electronic payment adoption, and improve provider payment experiences across property and casualty and healthcare.
