NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Nym, a leader in autonomous medical coding, today announced the appointment of Lori M. Jones as Chief Executive Officer. Jones brings more than two decades of experience helping scale healthcare technology companies and will lead Nym as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Healthcare provider organizations are navigating mounting pressure across revenue cycle operations: workforce shortages, climbing denial rates, and growing administrative complexity are straining teams and slowing time to bill. As revenue cycle leaders increasingly turn to AI to address these challenges, autonomous medical coding has emerged as a leading and high-impact solution.

Backed by PSG, Nym has developed an AI-powered autonomous medical coding solution that is trusted by leading health systems and physician groups across the country. Jones’s appointment reflects Nym’s commitment to accelerating that adoption at a critical moment in the market.

“We are thrilled to welcome Lori to Nym,” said Rotem Shacham, Director at PSG. “We believe her extensive background in helping scale revenue cycle and healthcare technology organizations across both commercial and operating functions, and her deep experience in the provider market, make her exceptionally well-suited to lead Nym through this next chapter.”

“What excites me about Nym is that it has built a truly differentiated autonomous coding platform at a time when healthcare providers are under increasing operational and financial pressure. The opportunity now is to help scale that innovation into meaningful, measurable impact for customers,” said Jones. “The combination of zero human intervention, configurability to customer-specific guidelines, and complete transparency into every coding decision is exactly what healthcare providers are looking for, and I believe the results customers are achieving speak for themselves. The team is exceptional, and I’m thrilled to join Nym at this moment in the company’s trajectory.”

Jones joins Nym from Aptarro, where she served as Chief Growth Officer. She previously held senior leadership roles including Chief Commercial Officer at Agiliti Health and Connance (now Waystar), and President of Olive AI, where she drove commercial transformation and deepened engagement across the provider market. At Nym, Jones will focus on helping scale the company’s operations, accelerate adoption of autonomous coding, and position Nym as a leading platform for AI-driven revenue cycle transformation, while strengthening relationships with health systems and physician groups, and helping expand into new care areas.
