Alexandria®, the Atropos Evidence™ Library, is slated to grow to two billion pEBFs by the end of 2026, exceeding all known medical evidence by 100x in volume. This library will enable the entire healthcare ecosystem – clinicians, researchers, life science partners, and others – to generate precise answers to complex medical questions quickly and improve patient and medical outcomes based on content not available anywhere else.
An evaluation found this additional evidence, precision Real-World Evidence (pRWE™) summaries, improved the percentage of questions Answered with Evidence by >100% across a benchmark of over 5,000 real clinician questions. Atropos Health’s integrated AI solution for real-world evidence generation also out performed GPT 5.4, Claude 4.6 Opus, Llama 4 Maverick, Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview by an average of 2-3x on achieving evidence-based answers.
The expanded Alexandria library will be first utilized by several First Edition clinical workflow partners to enhance agentic responses bringing novel precision evidence to existing healthcare workflows. The First Edition partners include Meta, agentic platform / ambient company Heidi Health, physician workflow platforms Vim, Avo, Autonomize AI and Vye Health and prior authorization company Humata. They are joining existing partners including Microsoft and value-based care (VBC) platform Arcadia.
Alexandria’s adoption by First Edition partners puts this evidence in the hands and workflow of hundreds of thousands of physicians, about a third of US physicians and thousands of health systems, about half of the major US health systems. Operating within the workflow, not a separate application, pRWE from Atropos Health will now impact millions of patients worldwide via their clinicians. Atropos Health’s technology partners are integrating Alexandria into their tools to deliver real-world evidence at the point of care. Patients and their care teams receive answers to questions not available in published literature, including patients traditionally excluded from clinical trials and other traditional studies.

Users can request an Expert Clinical Review of the evidence presented and can also request an independent review from an international publisher, which, if meeting publishing standards, can lead to a published manuscript, allowing users to rapidly publish their findings and advance research. The review process establishes the standard for the healthcare industry, with a rigorous methodology for the vetting of novel evidence studies, ensuring that the evidence produced and presented in Alexandria is transparent, reliable, accurate, and actionable.
It also follows the previously released preprint of “High-Throughput Observational Evidence Generation Using Linked Electronic Health Record and Claims Data” which describes how Atropos Health’s proprietary workflow — applied to linked electronic health record (EHR) and administrative claims data, produces narrative research-style summaries, called pRWE, each subjected to structured clinical and statistical quality control prior to dissemination and industry-leading content review process.
