The acquisition signals Drummond’s broader vision to serve as a comprehensive resource for its customers by building a portfolio of complementary companies. Under the agreement, Accu-Glass will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, with all employees retained and operations continuing at its current facility, allowing Drummond to focus on expanding its ability to develop high-throughput, custom-automated manufacturing solutions. The addition of Accu-Glass’s specialized glass manufacturing offerings enables both companies to better serve the life science and MedTech communities while advancing a shared mission to develop products that create and save lives.
