In this newly created role, Ms. Connor will support the continued growth of Grant Accelerator, the firm’s operating executive program, and broader talent initiatives across the firm.
Launched in 2024, Grant Accelerator brings experienced healthcare operators into Grant Avenue’s investment process to identify and execute on target acquisitions. Ms. Connor will lead executive sourcing and relationship development for the program, working closely with Grant Avenue’s investment team to identify and engage accomplished healthcare leaders across the firm’s priority subsectors.
Ms. Connor previously worked at Oxeon, a healthcare-focused executive search firm, where she partnered with private equity and venture capital firms to execute C-suite searches across healthcare technology and services companies.
