Conley will lead A Place for Mom’s technology strategy, engineering and data organization. He will partner closely with Chief Product Officer Nidhin George and leaders across the company to translate the company’s product vision and roadmap into scalable, reliable solutions; advance its technology and data foundations; and accelerate the thoughtful application of AI across customer experiences and internal operations.

Conley brings over 25 years of experience building and modernizing technology platforms in healthcare. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at VIP Medical Group. Previously, he was Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product, Engineering and Technology at Envera Health, where he led the development of AI-enabled software supporting patient access, engagement and operational workflows. He also held senior technology leadership roles at BrightSpring Health Services, driving growth in enterprise product, engineering and architecture across a portfolio spanning senior living, home care, hospice, pharmacy and other healthcare services.

“Jason is a deeply technical, outcomes-oriented leader who connects long-term technology strategy with disciplined execution,” said Tatyana Zlotsky, Chief Executive Officer of A Place for Mom. “He is an engineer at heart who can operate effectively from the executive level through the details of delivery, always with a clear focus on business, customer and operational outcomes. That combination will be critical as we strengthen our technology and data foundations and thoughtfully apply AI to improve how we serve families and providers.”

Conley is personally connected to A Place for Mom’s mission. He watched his parents navigate the difficult decisions involved in finding the right care for his grandparents and is now experiencing many of those same conversations as his own parents age. Conley has a firsthand understanding of the emotional and logistical challenges families face which informs his commitment to using technology to make the caregiving journey easier.

“A Place for Mom has an important opportunity to combine technology, data, and AI with human guidance to make the caregiving journey easier for families and help care providers connect with the families who need their services,” said Jason Conley, Chief Technology Officer of A Place for Mom. “I am excited to join a team that keeps people at the center of the experience and to build strong partnerships across the company as we turn our product vision into scalable, reliable solutions.”
