Reperio Health Appoints Industry Veteran Brad Nations To Board of Directors

Nations will help accelerate adoption of Reperio’s at-home annual checkup, now available in-network to more than 102 million lives

PORTLAND, Ore.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Reperio Health, which brings covered preventive care into the home, pairing instant health screening results with an immediate telehealth visit that moves people from results to action, today announced that Brad Nations has joined its Board of Directors. Nations brings 25 years of healthcare experience and deep relationships across the industry. He will support Reperio’s go-to-market efforts across employer, broker, consultant, and health plan stakeholders, helping the company deepen its role in the benefits ecosystem, accelerate nationwide adoption, and give employers and their members more value from the coverage they already pay for.

“We’re excited to welcome Brad Nations to Reperio’s Board of Directors,” said Travis Rush, CEO and co-founder of Reperio Health. “Brad brings a strategic perspective that will help us sharpen our go-to-market approach, build meaningful partnerships, and expand our reach with employers and health plans. His guidance will support our growth team as we bring accessible preventive care to more people.”

Nations is a veteran healthcare executive and advisor with more than two decades of experience building and commercializing companies across digital health, employer benefits, and health plans. Nations is the founder and CEO of JB Advisory, where he advises U.S. and international organizations on strategy, partnerships, and growth, with engagements including Castlight Health, Rock Health Advisory, and Virta Health, among others. His career includes contributions to the growth and successful exits of Extend Health and ConsumerMedical and expansion at Castlight Health and FOLX Health.

“Reperio is tackling one of healthcare’s most persistent challenges: access to routine, covered checkups,” said Nations. “Its ability to deliver real-time health screening results and connect people to immediate clinical support creates a differentiated path to engaging those who might otherwise continue to go without care. Reperio has a real opportunity to become the preventive foundation that connects employees to their broader benefits ecosystem, while helping employers drive utilization.”

The appointment underscores Reperio’s continued momentum. Reperio now reaches more than 102 million lives in-network, with a 96 percent checkup completion rate and a 95 percent customer satisfaction rate. As a board member, Nations will provide strategic counsel to Reperio’s Chief Growth Officer, Naomi Levinthal, helping shape go-to-market priorities, identify growth opportunities, and advance the company’s mission to bring the annual checkup to people—wherever they are.
