He spent nearly two decades at GE Healthcare, where he led the enterprise EMR and revenue cycle businesses, including the transition of premise-based software to modern cloud solutions. He played a key role in the business’s sale to Veritas Capital and its combination with Athenahealth.

Currently, Gopalkrishnan advises private equity and venture capital firms on healthcare software strategy and serves as a senior advisor to Ardan Equity, a healthcare and life sciences software investor. I believe this is a pivotal moment in Spok’s history as there is a real opportunity to build on that foundation, deepen our partnerships with customers, and extend our reach into new areas of healthcare.
