OTTAWA, Ontario–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Multiview, The Healthcare ERP Company, today launched new AI-enabled capabilities in Multiview Intelligent Capture, part of its focused product investment for healthcare finance teams, at its annual client conference, Multiview Impact.
The launch is a key step in Multiview’s broader AI roadmap, building on Multiview ERP as a trusted financial system of record for healthcare finance teams.

- Document Splitting: Submit multiple invoices together and automatically separate them into individual transactions.
- Intelligent Data Extraction: Pull vendor and financial details directly from invoices and handwritten documents.
- AP-to-PO Matching: Automatically match invoices to the right Purchase Order in Multiview, along with details such as the product description, quantity, and price, improving communication and productivity for finance and supply chain teams.
- Detail Line Capture: Capture descriptions and prices directly from invoices, and assign each line its own General Ledger distribution.
- Confidence Scores & Human Review: Set confidence thresholds that determine when captured information needs another look, helping finance teams focus on exceptions when they come up.
Once invoice information is captured and verified, the transaction continues through the organization’s workflow and approval process in Multiview before posting to the General Ledger.
