“We are pleased to appoint Jay as Chief Executive Officer of The Emily Program,” said Dirk Miller, Founder of The Emily Program, Executive Chair of the Board of Directors and Leader of the Clinical Advisory Council for Accanto Health. “Jay is a proven leader with deep experience in behavioral health organizations and a clear understanding of how to scale operations while maintaining a strong commitment to clinical excellence. We are confident in his ability to guide the organization’s continued growth and delivery of care.”

Campbell succeeds Jessie Morsching as Chief Executive Officer of Accanto Health. Morsching has departed the organization.

“We are grateful to Jessie for her leadership and contributions to Accanto Health and The Emily Program,” added Miller. “During her tenure, Jessie provided steady and thoughtful leadership, strengthening the organization’s foundation, and supporting teams through a period of transition. We thank her for her commitment to our mission and her focus on keeping excellent client care at the center of our work.”

Campbell joined Accanto Health and The Emily Program from Newport Healthcare, where he served as Chief Growth Officer for nearly seven years. “I am honored to step into the CEO role at Accanto Health and The Emily Program and build on the strong foundation established by the team,” said Campbell. “Eating disorders affect millions of individuals and families across the country, and meeting that need requires clinical excellence and coordinated systems that make care accessible, consistent, and effective at scale. I am focused on ensuring we continue to set the industry standard for delivering advanced treatment capabilities, highly trained clinicians, and high-quality end-to-end care.”

Campbell received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hartwick College.
