Dr. Lambert joins Advantmed at a pivotal time as health plans and providers navigate continued regulatory change and increasing complexity across risk adjustment and quality programs. Dr. Lambert will prioritize advancing Advantmed’s In-Home Assessment program to further improve member engagement, reconnect individuals to primary care, and support the closure of chronic condition and quality gaps. He will also lead enhancements to the company’s pre-visit clinical review processes and supporting technology infrastructure to drive greater efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

“In-home assessments provide a meaningful opportunity to engage members while strengthening risk and quality performance,” said Dr. Lambert. “Advantmed has built a strong foundation in operational excellence, and I look forward to building on that success by enhancing our product strategy and leveraging technology to deliver even greater value to our clients.”
