- Ambient Flowsheet Documentation captures the narrated patient assessment into structured flowsheets, eliminating manual data entry. Each discrete value is linked to the exact spoken phrase, requires nurse confirmation before submission, and powers richer clinical reasoning within Chart Chat and more complete shift handoffs.
