Acquisition expands Artisight’s deployment services, creating a more seamless path from site readiness and infrastructure planning through installation, validation, and clinical handoff
CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Artisight, the leader in Smart Hospital technology, acquired TMG Global, a technology services firm with deep expertise in healthcare infrastructure, site readiness, and large-scale technology deployments. The acquisition strengthens Artisight’s ability to integrate smart hospital technology across complex clinical environments in leading U.S. hospitals.
Through this acquisition, Artisight brings TMG Global’s deployment expertise in-house, giving health systems a single team accountable for every phase of implementation from initial site assessment and infrastructure planning through installation, testing, training, and clinical handoff. The move strengthens Artisight’s operational capabilities and supports the company’s next phase of growth.
