Exclusively available through Comfort Keepers, Comfort360 combines professional caregiving with thoughtfully selected tools, both technological and non-technological, that help seniors remain supported while giving families greater peace of mind. Designed to evolve alongside changing care needs, Comfort360 directly responds to what today’s consumers want: modern solutions that help aging loved ones stay safe, connected and independent at home.

“Comfort360 reflects the next evolution of in-home care,” said Ramzi Abdine, Chief Operating Officer of Comfort Keepers. “By combining compassionate caregiving with thoughtfully integrated support tools, we’re helping redefine how care can evolve to meet the changing needs of older adults and families. Comfort360 supports independence, strengthens connection with family and care teams, and helps promote everyday wellbeing at home, creating a more connected and supportive care experience designed to evolve alongside changing needs.”

The first three Comfort360 focus areas include Wellness Hub, SafeGuard and Alert, each designed to address common concerns families face when supporting aging loved ones at home.

Comfort360 Wellness Hub, developed in partnership with HomeSight, is a connected care and engagement platform that transforms the client’s television into an easy-to-use wellness hub. The platform enables video connection, daily engagement and care coordination that extends and enhances the support experience provided through Comfort Keepers, helping clients stay connected, engaged and supported.

Through simple video calls, messaging, reminders and photo sharing, Wellness Hub helps reduce social isolation, improve communication with family members and care teams, and reinforce the value of in-home care while helping clients feel more supported and connected at home.

Comfort360 SafeGuard, powered through a partnership with Pontosense, is a proactive in-home safety solution that adds an extra layer of protection to the care provided by Comfort Keepers. Using discreet, non-wearable sensors, SafeGuard continuously provides ongoing awareness of movement patterns to help identify subtle changes that may indicate increased fall risk or emerging mobility concerns.

By providing early insight into changes that may impact wellbeing, SafeGuard supports proactive intervention, enhances in-home safety and helps clients remain independent at home with greater confidence and peace of mind. Because the system operates passively, without cameras or wearable devices, it preserves privacy and dignity while working quietly in the background.

Comfort360 Alert, offered in partnership with VRI and Guardian Medical Monitoring, provides immediate access to trained monitoring support at the push of a button, adding an extra layer of protection alongside Comfort Keepers caregiving services.

Through easy-to-use wearable devices and both in-home and mobile solutions, clients can quickly connect to a live care operator in the event of a fall, medical emergency or urgent situation. By ensuring help is always within reach, whether at home or on the go, Comfort360 Alert supports independence, faster response and peace of mind for clients and their families.

Launching nationwide, Comfort360 is expected to be available through many local Comfort Keepers franchise offices by the end of the year. Comfort360 will continue to expand over time with additional services and solutions designed to support the evolving needs of seniors and family caregivers.
