DataLink Earns Validated Data Stream Status for NCQA’s Data Aggregator Validation Program

TAMPA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–DataLink, a leading provider of data-driven solutions for high-quality, value-based care, today announced that it earned validated data stream status for the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s Data Aggregator Validation program.

With this validation, DataLink shows its excellence at onboarding and ingesting data for clients, focus on data governance, and commitment to ensuring the authenticity of data outputs,” said Josh Hetler, chief operating officer, DataLink. “With quality checks throughout our ingestion and output processes, we prove our commitment to producing quality clinical data that can be used for measurement, payment, reporting, contracting, and a range of analytics.”

This validation means that DataLink has shown it’s capable of supporting data stream validation through the Data Aggregator Validation program. With this validation, health plans, providers, government organizations, and others can trust that DataLink is able to meet the data requirements to support HEDIS® and other quality programs and reporting.

With the new data aggregator validation, we’re showing our clients that they can trust us to work on valuable data that’s passed clinical data standards,” said Reddy Shivampet, chief technology officer, DataLink. “This results in reduced costs and administrative times as well as increased quality of care.”

The Data Aggregator Validation program takes up to 18 weeks to review two sets of standards: process, system, and data standards and output data integrity standards.

The process, system, and data standards review the processes, policies, and procedures for ingesting, managing, and aggregating data. The output data integrity standards assess the company’s adherence to NCQA’s Continuity of Care Document Implementation Guide and primary source verification by testing and reviewing CDD output files.

DataLink completed four clusters with 2,808 ingestion sites.
