In one deployment, the solution identified more than $5 million in revenue opportunity within three months while reducing reliance on external vendors.
In patient experience, ROHS has developed an AI-powered platform (PxEngine) that analyzes patient feedback in real time, identifies key drivers at the unit level, and embeds action planning directly into nursing workflows. Early results show improvements from the 30th to the 90th percentile in key experience metrics such as Responsiveness to Call Lights.
Additional solutions address length of stay, pharmacy capture, and enterprise KPI tracking. Each is designed to streamline workflows and deliver measurable impact.
