Move follows a period of remarkable growth and the acquisition of Concert, positioning Lyric in a storied healthcare hub with world-class clinical institutions and deep industry talent
NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lyric, a healthcare decision intelligence company helping health plans make faster, more accurate, and more transparent payment decisions, today announced it is establishing its new headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee, at 333 Commerce St., Suite 1400. The move, which follows the recent acquisition of Concert and a period of sustained growth, places the company’s headquarters in a city built on the same healthcare expertise that powers its platform.
Nashville has a deep bench of clinical, technical, and healthcare policy professionals, giving Lyric access to the talent it needs to grow. The company’s current office in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, will remain open as a continuing space for collaboration, along with its offices in Manila, Philippines, and Hyderabad, India.
Why Nashville
The Nashville region is home to 900 healthcare companies, including 17 publicly traded healthcare companies, supports over 370,000 healthcare-sector jobs, and contributes more than $70 billion in economic impact. “Nashville is where the future of healthcare is being built, and establishing our headquarters here puts Lyric at the center of that momentum,” said Halsey Wise, Lyric CEO. “This move reflects the next phase of our growth, our innovation, and our investment in client value creation as we create the most innovative and impactful company in healthcare decision intelligence.”
The new headquarters will serve as a key hub for strategic client interactions, including Lyric’s clinical and strategic advisory board meetings.
- Flexible Collaboration Capabilities: The facility features multi-use meeting environments designed to support high-level executive briefings, collaborative workshops, and team operations.
- Designed for Partnership: Built with a focus on hospitality and direct dialogue, the space provides an inviting, professional backdrop for hosting healthcare leadership teams and industry partners.
- Supporting Regional Growth: This expansion underscores Lyric’s commitment to deepening relationships with local and national healthcare leaders in a center known for industry innovation.
Powering the Next Phase of Growth
The Nashville headquarters supports a platform that continues to extend deeper into payment integrity, clinical policy, and claims orchestration as Lyric’s healthcare decision intelligence technology matures. The expansion positions Lyric to serve a growing base of health plan clients as demand increases for real-time, auditable payment decisions across the industry.
Leading the next evolution: Payment integrity has long meant catching errors one claim, one rule at a time, often after the fact. Lyric’s healthcare decision intelligence platform is the next evolution, coordinating rules, workflows, and policy in real time.
Deepening platform capabilities: Lyric deepened its platform capabilities over the past year, acquiring ClaimShark in 2025 to add payment integrity capabilities and audit automation into Lyric42, expanding Lyric42 with intelligent orchestration capabilities, and acquiring Concert in July 2026 to extend the platform with Concert’s machine-readable clinical policy technology.
Building client scale: Lyric works with more than 100 health plan clients, validating more than 10 billion claims annually. Those clients have realized more than $20 billion in annual savings, and 60% have worked with Lyric for a median of 24 years.
Headcount and hiring: Lyric employs over 700 people across the company. The Nashville headquarters will grow over time, with new roles planned across product, engineering, clinical, and client-facing teams.
That growth builds on a presence Rob Metcalf, General Manager, Lyric Concert, has helped establish in Nashville since well before the acquisition. Metcalf, who joined Lyric through Concert, is also an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, an Advisor to Nashville Capital Network, and a graduate of the Nashville Health Care Council’s Fellows program.
“Nashville has enabled Concert’s work in precision health payment accuracy to grow and thrive since our founding in 2010, and it’s a natural home for Lyric’s headquarters as we expand upon that work together,” said Metcalf.
With its headquarters now in Nashville, Lyric is positioned to keep building the platform health plans rely on to make faster, more transparent payment decisions, at the scale the next phase of the company’s growth demands.
