Gautam Shah Brings Global Cross-Sector Experience in Healthcare and Technology

Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer at Carelon, where he led product strategy, lifecycle management, go-to-market, and product delivery across a broad portfolio, including analytics, behavioral health, clinical care, data, RCM, utilization management, and AI solutions.
Shah holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from California State Polytechnic University and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University. He also has ten patents granted for innovations in experience personalization and service delivery. Shah lives in San Francisco.
