Advancing value-based care with live post-acute analytics, featuring former NAACOS Board Chair Anthony Reed and exclusive ACO leader events
BALTIMORE, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Real Time Medical Systems (Real Time), the industry-leading, KLAS Rated, and HITRUST R2 Certified post-acute care analytics solution, announced today its participation in the National Association of ACOs (NAACOS) Spring 2026 Conference, taking place April 22-24, 2026, in Baltimore, MD. As CMS officials and accountable care leaders gather to address evolving policy, operational, and care delivery challenges, Real Time will showcase its AI-driven interventional analytics platform, including TEAM Insights and the Value-Based Care Dashboard, providing live post-acute clinical visibility for ACOs to reduce hospital readmissions, minimize length of stay, and improve care coordination across their nursing facility network.
This year’s conference coincides with the recent addition of Anthony Reed to Real Time as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, further expanding the company’s leadership presence within the NAACOS community. A nationally recognized accountable care executive, Reed brings decades of experience in population health, ACO operations, and value-based care strategy, along with deep ties to NAACOS.
“NAACOS plays a critical role in advancing accountable care, and the Spring Conference is where meaningful, practical conversations take place,” said Reed. “Post‑acute care remains one of the most complex and risk-bearing areas for ACOs, and timely visibility beyond the hospital is essential. That’s why I’m excited to join Real Time — its live post-acute data analytics and actionable insights enable organizations to act sooner, intervene earlier, manage risk more effectively, and improve outcomes across care settings.”
Reed previously served six years on the NAACOS Board of Directors, including as Board Chair in 2023, where he helped shape national policy priorities and best practices in accountable care. Prior to joining Real Time, he was Chief Administrative Officer of Geisinger’s Keystone Accountable Care Organization, overseeing strategy, compliance, operations, and financial performance for a 78,000-member Medicare population. He has also held senior leadership roles supporting population health and accountable care initiatives across multi-state health systems.
“The NAACOS Spring Conference brings together leaders shaping the future of accountable care, and Anthony brings rare, hands-on experience building and operating high-performing ACOs,” said Jim Staska, Executive Vice President of Real Time. “His leadership within NAACOS and keen understanding of post-acute risk further strengthen how we help organizations navigate clinical complexity and advance more connected, value-based care.”
In addition to conference participation, Real Time will co-host two invitation-only networking events with Innovaccer, underscoring the companies’ expanding collaboration and shared commitment to supporting accountable care leaders.
