NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sterlington is advising the management team of Avanos Medical, Inc. (Avanos) in connection with the acquisition of Avanos by affiliates of investment funds advised by American Industrial Partners (AIP), a transaction valued at approximately $1.27 billion.

Sterlington is advising Avanos’ management on all aspects of the transaction. Avanos Medical is a medical technology company headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia.
