Viz.ai has long been the leader in building and deploying AI Care Pathways that help ensure more patients receive guideline-based treatment, and hospitals increase clinical and financial efficiency. The recent addition of Viz Assist expands Viz.ai into helping doctors and clinical teams do their work. Viz Assist aims to help clinicians work faster, coordinate better, and focus more on patient care by delivering ambient listening, chart summaries, guideline assistance and coding recommendations in one seamless experience. In his role, Harrati will lead all revenue-generating functions for Viz.ai’s provider business, including sales, customer success, and sales operations.

“Jallel brings a rare combination of strategic vision, deep healthcare industry expertise, and a proven track record of scaling world-class commercial organizations,” said Chris Mansi, MD, CEO and co-founder of Viz.ai. “We are seeing accelerating demand for the broader Viz Platform, which helps reduce variability in care through our AI Care Pathways, and helps doctors and their teams do their work, through Viz Assist. It is a very exciting time to welcome such world class sales leadership to the company.”

Harrati comes to Viz.ai with more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience in healthcare and enterprise technology. Most recently, he served as SVP and GM of New Business Development at Suki. Over a six-year tenure, he built the commercial organization from the ground up and was instrumental in pioneering the market for AI-driven clinical solutions, scaling enterprise adoption across major health systems. Harrati also previously held senior leadership roles at IBM and Philips Healthcare, where he led sales and growth initiatives across AI, analytics, and provider-focused platforms.

“I’m joining Viz.ai at a moment of clear momentum,” said Harrati. “Viz.ai’s differentiated platform is delivering measurable value to health systems, clinicians, and patients, and Viz Assist creates an opportunity to standardize how care teams act on critical, real-time clinical insights. I’m excited to help scale this impact with this world-class team, accelerate growth and build a durable, category-leading business.”

Harrati’s appointment underscores Viz.ai’s focus on scaling its enterprise AI platform to transform clinical care in the hospital; reducing variability, improving outcomes, and reducing cost. With Viz Assist and a portfolio of over 50 AI Care Pathways and growing, Viz.ai is positioned as the defining agentic AI platform for healthcare.
