Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in AI, data, and analytics transformation across the insurance and financial services industries. A seasoned insurance executive, he has served as Chief Data Analytics Officer at leading organizations including Venttiv Technology, Calamos Investments, and Aon Corporation, and previously directed global enterprise data architecture modernization at Gallagher. Across these roles, Mark led large-scale data modernization initiatives, strengthened global regulatory compliance, and deployed advanced analytics and AI to drive measurable business outcomes. His work includes integrating sophisticated forecasting models to improve accuracy and organizational agility, as well as collaborating cross-functionally with go-to-market teams to translate data strategy into revenue growth.
