We have also elevated our ePrescription service to same-day medicine delivery that enables timely and appropriate medical care for our customers – and it is free of charge now.
As the leading Employee Benefits provider in Hong Kong, AXA will continue to monitor market developments closely and provide prime quality of employee benefits services and innovative products to address the needs. The comprehensive upgrade of ‘Dr@Live’ reinforces our commitment to providing unparalleled services and being a lifelong partner for our customers.”
In addition to “Dr@Live”, all AXA policyholders can enjoy a fully digitalised health management experience with the all-in-one insurance and health services platform “Emma by AXA” to manage and update policy information and services, submit and track claims applications, search for network doctors or medical institutions, and access a wide range of AXA BetterMe physical and mind health support services.
