(“Duoning Yuexi”) to sign an agreement to acquire Changzhou PreFluid Technology Co., Ltd. (“PreFluid”), a professional manufacturer of peristaltic pumps, expanding its key product portfolio related to fluid transport and upgrading the fluid management solutions.
